Demeter's story

 

When she was looking for her daughter Persephone, who was abducted by Hades, Hades, she once left Olympus Wonderland and disguised herself in the human world. 

No one recognized her.

She came to the town of Eleusis and sat by a wall by the roadside. 

She met four sisters who were going to the well to fetch water. 

Seeing that her clothes were in rags and that she was helpless, the four sisters invited her to their home.　

The mother of the four sisters asked Demeter to sit down.

 Demeter discovered that the mother had a baby in her arms and asked for help taking care of the child. 

Demeter fed the child fairy food, and when the night was quiet, she put the child on the fire to bake. 

She wanted to burn away all the mortal bones in the child so that he could live forever.

 One night, the mother happened to pass by Demeter's room and saw her beloved son being baked naked on the flames. 

She screamed, rushed into the room, and snatched the child from the flames. 

The flame was extinguished immediately, and the child was shivering from the cold.

Demeter was furious, stood up and said: "I didn't intend to tell the truth, but now I have to reveal my true identity. 

I am the goddess Demeter, would I do something like burning other people's children?! 

I used The holy fire makes your child immortal. 

If you interrupt it, the child will lose the chance to become a god. 

However, he has slept in my arms and listened to my lullaby. 

Even though he cannot become a god, he can still be the one who has received the highest honor in the world. 

Therefore, you should build a temple here to bless everyone and bless your children."

The mother was so frightened that her face turned pale, and she knelt on the ground unable to say a word. 

When Demeter saw the child approaching her, she stared at it reluctantly for a while.

 Finally, she made up her mind to leave and embarked on a journey to find her daughter.
